Returns & Cancellation Policy

Please note: We do not offer free returns – return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Can I return my order?

Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is complete, with all components and in its original packaging.

  2. Only normal handling of the product is evident. Damage due to careless use is excluded.

  3. Hygiene-related products have been thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed during that period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions listed above, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: info@Hayleysboutique-montreal.com

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photo(s) of the product in case of damage

    • Customer’s full name

    • Customer’s address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not return the package to the sender’s address — we will provide you with the correct return instructions.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Order Cancellation

Important:
We operate with a fully automated system. This means that once your order is placed, it is processed immediately.
We are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been confirmed in our system.


Shipping & Warehouse Location

Please note that our warehouse is located in Asia. This may result in longer shipping and transit times depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel or recall the shipment.

If your order is already in transit, please wait until it has been delivered. You may then initiate a return following the process described above.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g., by email) to info@mira-praha.cz informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The right of withdrawal is valid only after:

  • We have received your written notice, and

  • We have received the returned goods.

Please note:

  • The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.

  • If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You must wait until delivery and then return the item.

  • For a faster return process, we recommend providing us with the shipping confirmation once the item is sent back.


Refund Process

If your return or withdrawal is approved:

  • We will refund the amount paid for the product(s), excluding any shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

  • You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.
